Returns and Exchanges
Bag and Bougie guarantees your satisfaction. We always hope you love all things Bag and Bougie, but should you be less than happy with your purchase, you have 7 days, after receiving your product, to request an exchange. At this time, we do not offer refunds on any of our products.
For your item to be eligible to be exchanged, it must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, contact firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you would like to exchange something. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
You must return the item within 7 days of receiving it. Please ensure that your item is packed in the same way that it was received. Courier fees are at the expense of the customer. We recommend tracking your return so there’s no risk of it going missing.
Custom monogrammed items, gift cards and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. All sale transactions are final sale.
Orders placed with any of our retail partners are subject to the return policy of each retailer. Please contact the retailer’s customer support team and provide the original dated receipt for information on their return policy.
